Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.
We are seeking a Hostess to help create a memorable and exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming and assisting patrons, managing reservations, and optimizing seating arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of the dining room table numbers and their assigned locations
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Lead guests with reservations to assigned dining and bar areas
- Manage reservations and available seating options
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist in helping clear and set tables when time permits
- Communicate and collaborate with busboys to ensure quick and efficient service
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (French and English) and 18 years or older
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Has an excellent understanding of time management
- A positive and collaborative team player attitude
- Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays

Playground est une destination de jeu internationalement reconnue située à seulement 15 minutes en voiture au sud du centre-ville de Montréal, sur le territoire mohawk de Kahnawake. Nous sommes actuellement en expansion, dévoilant de nouveaux espaces de jeu, un hôtel luxueux et des options de restauration spécialisées.
Nous recherchons une Hôtesse pour contribuer à créer une expérience mémorable et exceptionnelle pour nos clients en restaurant. Vos responsabilités comprendront l'accueil chaleureux et l'assistance aux clients, la gestion des réservations et l'optimisation des arrangements de sièges.

Responsabilités:
- Accueillir et assister les invités de manière chaleureuse et professionnelle
- Offrir un service de qualité supérieure et maximiser la satisfaction de la clientèle
- Connaissance des numéros de table de la salle à manger et de leurs emplacements assignés
- Fournir des temps d'attente précis et surveiller les listes d'attente
- Diriger les clients avec des réservations vers les zones de restauration et de bar assignées
- Gérer les réservations et les options de sièges disponibles
- Maintenir un espace d'accueil propre et organisé
- Aider à clarifier et à établir les tables lorsque le temps le permet
- Communiquer et collaborer avec les busboys pour assurer un service rapide et efficace
Exigences:
- Doit être bilingue (français et anglais) et âgé de 18 ans ou plus
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, aux relations interpersonnelles et à l'organisation
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Excellente compréhension de la gestion du temps
- Attitude positive et collaborative de joueur d'équipe
- Doit être capable de travailler sur vos pieds pendant la durée du quart de travail
- Flexibilité pour travailler divers quarts de travail, y compris les fins de semaine, les soirs et les jours fériés
