Schedule: Evenings and weekends, depending on operational needs

Restaurant Ibérica is looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our kitchen team as a Dishwasher / Kitchen Prep Assistant .
Main ResponsibilitiesWash dishes, kitchen equipment, utensils, pots, and pans
Maintain the dishwashing area clean, organized, and sanitary
Ensure clean dishes and equipment are returned to the appropriate stations
Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation
Wash, peel, cut, and portion ingredients as directed by the chef
Receive and properly store deliveries
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, garbage areas, refrigerators, and storage spaces
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
Complete opening and closing cleaning duties
A professional and dynamic work environment
Training and opportunities to develop kitchen skills
Employee meals during scheduled shifts
Possibility of additional hours and advancement within the kitchen team

Requirements
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset, but training can be provided
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good physical endurance and ability to lift heavy items
Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Availability during evenings and weekends
Basic knowledge of French or English
