Operations Site Manager at AIM

Oversee site operations at American Iron & Metal as an Operations Site Manager in the metal recycling field. Lead a skilled team while prioritizing productivity and safety. As the Operations Site Manager, you will report to the Regional Manager and manage day-to-day operations. This position demands strong leadership, effective communication, and superior organizational skills, particularly relating to the metal scrap industry. Key functions include planning operations and maintaining a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish performance goals aligned with company objectives
- Organize team workflows and tasks for optimal efficiency
- Monitor productivity levels and give feedback to staff
- Maintain personnel records alongside timekeeping responsibilities
- Draft and submit performance reports detailing team progress
- Prior experience in a supervisory or site manager role
- Familiarity with metal scrap industry preferred
- Knowledge of commercial trucks and forklift operations
- Proficient in using MS Office tools, including Outlook and Excel
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
