Drive impactful capital projects at a major manufacturing facility in Burlington, ON as a hands-on Senior Project Manager. Engage directly on the production floor to maximize operational success. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager focused on managing capital projects within their manufacturing operations. Successful candidates will bring a strong technical background along with at least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. This role emphasizes real-time engagement with plant teams and leaders, ensuring effective project execution and improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead capital projects from conception through completion
- Facilitate technical support for production equipment
- Spearhead continuous improvement efforts
- Collaborate with operational leaders for enhanced performance
- Manage contractor relationships for project execution
- Degree in Engineering necessary
- Minimum 7 years in relevant engineering roles
- At least 5 years managing capital projects
- Strong project management skill set
- Food manufacturing experience highly desirable
