Director Of Engineering Operations Burlington

In this leadership role, you will oversee the engineering department, steering both hardware and software development efforts. Your responsibilities will include project management, resource planning, and ensuring that engineering practices adhere to industry benchmarks.
Serving as a mentor to your team, you will also coordinate training programs and ensure ongoing compliance with operational policies.
Key Responsibilities Manage engineering project lifecycle and performance
Oversee team training and qualified growth initiatives
Implement best practices and standards in engineering
Coordinate engineering activities with stakeholders and customers
Review project specifications and budgets for accuracy
Requirements Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years of managerial experience
Solid background in technical troubleshooting
Experience with project management and resource allocation
Meet physical demands of the job site
Lead your team to achieve engineering excellence and drive successful project outcomes.
