LNG Business Development Lead at HDR

Take charge of HDR's LNG Service Line as the Business Development Lead. Leverage your project management expertise and market insights to drive strategic growth and client engagement. This senior role at HDR focuses on developing growth strategies tailored to the LNG industry. You will manage financial performance, enhance client relationships, and collaborate with local and regional teams to achieve project objectives. Your strategic leadership will also include mentoring staff and overseeing recruitment to meet project demand. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies for LNG services
- Position HDR competitively within Gas Utilities and Oil & Gas sectors
- Oversee technical leadership in the successful delivery of LNG projects
- Mentor and train team members for effective project execution
- Monitor market trends and contribute to strategic planning
- 10+ years of LNG project management experience
- In-depth knowledge of LNG industry and facilities
- Proven client relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- PMP Certification required
