Business Development Executive at PPI
iA Financial Group (Industrial Alliance)
Lead the regional business development team at PPI as the Regional Vice-President. Drive growth, manage key relationships, and inspire the sales team in a hybrid work environment. At PPI, you will oversee Mass Market business development across Alberta. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for mentoring. You will collaborate with various sales teams to enhance advisor satisfaction and support the independent insurance advisors who are critical for financial security in Canada. Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve regional business plans and sales growth
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to the sales team
• Establish performance standards and evaluate team members
• Manage relationships with top advisors and wholesalers
• Participate in community and industry engagement events Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in financial services, especially insurance
• At least 5 years of leadership experience
• Advanced knowledge of individual insurance products
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments
• Relevant certifications (CFP, CIM, etc.) preferred Elevate your career with PPI and foster growth in the insurance sector.
