Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive operations for 500-1,000 residential units
- Act as a primary contact for tenants and resolve disputes
- Manage rent collection and follow-ups on arrears
- Coordinate unit turnovers flawlessly and support leasing efforts
- Conduct property inspections to enforce maintenance standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in residential property management
- Broad skill set in leasing and tenant relations
- Proven multitasker in a quick‑paced setting
- Solid communication and negotiation capabilities
- Hands‑on approach with regular site presence
