Responsabilités
- Contrôler les stocks et gérer la section pour atteindre les objectifs de ventes
- Mener des analyses commerciales et diriger l'exécution des actions nécessaires
- Superviser et organiser les équipes de leur section pour exécuter les tâches commerciales de la manière la plus productive possible pour le magasin
- Superviser le réassort du produit
- Superviser la marchandise, l'image et le mobilier afin d'assurer les normes
- S’assurer que les normes de service à la personne sont respectées et que les incidents sont résolus
- Responsable de la minimisation des pertes
- Développer, reconnaître et fournir des commentaires constructifs pour l'évolution des équipes
- Responsable du respect des règlements sur la prévention des risques au travail, ainsi que la santé et la sécurité au travail.
