• Conduct psychosocial assessments for patients and families
• Implement and evaluate treatment programs effectively
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services
• Coordinate case management and discharge planning
• Raise community awareness and promote preventive services Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
• Active or eligible for ACSW registration
• One year recent hospital experience, preferably in acute care
• Strong skills in crisis intervention and assessment
