We are seeking a dedicated Registered Social Worker to enhance our Brain Injury Rehabilitation Team. In your role, you will assess diverse family needs, consult with interdisciplinary teams, and educate parents about available resources. Assess and consult with families from diverse backgrounds Advocate for client needs within Holland Bloorview Provide supportive counseling during crises Coordinate community referrals tailored to client needs Document practices per established policies Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) Current Ontario College membership Minimum of one year of experience as a Social Worker Experience working with children and families required Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-direction Utilize your skills in pediatric social work to foster resilience in families at Holland Bloorview.
