We are expanding our New Home Sales Team and need driven Licensed Realtors who excel in client interactions. You will guide clients through the buying journey from their first visit to closing while conducting engaging home tours. Your role is pivotal in educating clients about home collections, upgrades, and financing options while ensuring exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
• Be the first point of contact for potential buyers
• Conduct model home tours to showcase features
• Guide clients throughout the buying process
• Build strong relationships through excellent service
• Write and negotiate purchase agreements Requirements:
• Active Ontario Real Estate License (RECO required)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence in sales and negotiation
• Availability to work weekends
• Previous new home sales experience is a major asset Utilize your selling skills and relationship-building expertise to match clients with their dream homes in Southern Ontario.
