Become an Auto Insurance Advisor dedicated to providing expert service and solutions to clients in need. This role emphasizes developing strong client relationships while managing Autopac transactions across various platforms. You will engage in professional growth initiatives and maintain extensive knowledge of insurance products, particularly those from Manitoba Public Insurance, which will enable you to provide exceptional advice and support. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide superior service that exceeds standard expectations
• Manage walk-in, phone, and email Autopac transactions
• Foster strong relationships through tailored client services
• Oversee routine account documentation tasks
• Address client inquiries promptly with effective solutions

• Level One or Auto Only Manitoba Insurance license required
• Minimum of one year in customer service
• Familiarity with Epic and Broker Management Systems preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
