Personal Insurance Client Advisor Burnaby

Key Responsibilities:
• Process renewals, cancellations, and policy changes
• Recommend optimal coverage and payment methods
• Review and correct policy wordings and documents
• Maintain automated forms for new business and claims
• Deliver outstanding client service and support Requirements:
• Level 1 BC General Insurance License required
• 3+ years of personal insurance experience
• Familiarity with Broker Management Systems like EPIC
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
