NFP seeks a knowledgeable Insurance Client Manager to drive exceptional service in the Personal Lines sector. With over three years of experience in personal lines, you will manage client files and ensure retention targets are met through strategic advice and support. Upselling and maintaining relationships with underwriters will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Manage client inquiries and maintain files proactively
Modify and issue policies through various online platforms
Handle endorsements, renewals, and necessary changes
Enhance client experience by upselling appropriate coverages
Monitor market intelligence and insurer product updates
Requirements: AB Gen 1 license in valuable standing is necessary
More than three years of relevant experience required
Demonstrated capacity for handling a high client volume
Solid familiarity with Broker management tools is beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
