Account Manager for Individual Insurance

Take charge as an Account Manager at Green Shield, focusing on individual insurance and MGA partnerships. Leverage your expertise in sales and marketing to excel in a dynamic role that fosters growth. Green Shield is seeking an Account Manager to oversee affinity partnerships in individual health and dental insurance. You will manage relationships with advisors, facilitate marketing activities, and coordinate new opportunities while maintaining CRM systems. This role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as main point of contact for affinity partners
• Manage advisor training and ongoing support
• Develop a portfolio of MGAs and advisors
• Oversee marketing activities and report outcomes
• Lead special projects and communicate with stakeholders Requirements:
• Experience in individual health, dental, or travel insurance
• Degree in Business, Commerce, or similar field
• Strong sales, marketing, and customer service knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities Drive successful partnerships in insurance while enhancing your skills in a supportive environment at Green Shield.
