Administrator and Receptionist Mandarin English bilingual

Job Responsibility:
Responsibilities:- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office- Handle incoming calls, WeChat, WhatsApp and emails, and provide excellent customer service- Manage and organize files, documents, and records- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate databases- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed- Utilize software programs for office tasks- Provide general clerical support to staff members
Skills:
- Mandarin and English Bilingual fluently is a must
- 3 years working experiences is preferred
-Proficient in office procedures and equipment operation- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently- Ability to provide exceptional customer service over the phone, or via email, Wechat, WhatsApp etc.- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus- Ability to type accurately and efficiently- Comfortable working with computerized systems
This position requires a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable working with various software programs. A background in clerical work or customer service is preferred.
