This is a full or part time position for those of you with experience as Dental Receptionists , who are fully equipped to efficiently do the job from your own home/space. This position should be taken as seriously as you did when you were physically inside a dental clinic, which means:
- Top Level Professionalism at all Times;
- A proper and permanent office set up (no crouching over a coffee table or working from coffee shops);
- Respect for the confidentiality of our Clients and Privacy of their Patients
You will be fluent in English, reflected in both spoken and written communication and be a keen, self-motivated dental professional, looking to work with a dynamic team to build on our already established reputation as a state-of-the-art, problem solver for dental clinics across Canada.
The schedule will be designed for you around your availability and will provide you with 20 to 40 hours per week of remote administrative work.
$21.00 is the starting rate and is immediately increased as soon as you have completed training, which varies from employee to employee but has typically not taken more than 20 hours. After that, hourly rates are reviewed and increased, based on the skill level of the employee and the tasks undertaken by them.
