Job Responsibility:
Action Collections & Receivables Management (ACRM) is one of the fastest growing collection agencies in Canada. We are seeking an experienced Skip Tracer/Recovery Agent.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, locate our clients' collateral, employment/residential leads through various skip tracing methods and maintain open communication with our clients, Management and other departments and field agents.
Your qualifications should include:
- At least two year of skip tracing/collections experience, preferably with a proven track record in the location of secured assets, primarily; motor vehicles,; employment and residential leads
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency with computers, the internet, and social media sites.
- At least one year of successful customer service experience is required
