The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for a true sales hunter who wants more than a quota to hit — someone who wants to build a book of business they can be proud of, earn uncapped commissions, and become a trusted partner to executive-level decision makers.

Position Description
- Identify, target, and win new business opportunities across Canada and the U.S.
- Lead consultative conversations to uncover pain points, business risks, and cost-saving opportunities
- Build strong multi-level relationships within target organizations
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal to close
- Track pipeline activity, client intelligence, and opportunities in CRM tools
- Stay aware of market conditions and industry trends to position solutions effectively
- Share insights, best practices, and wins with peers to elevate overall team performance
- Work toward monthly and annual sales targets with accountability and urgency
Qualifications
- Proven success selling B2B professional services or complex solutions
- Unmatched prospecting ability and the discipline to build a consistent funnel
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with executive-level leaders
- A talent for listening, reading between the lines, and uncovering unspoken challenges
- Ethical, self-driven mindset paired with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized and deadline-focused
- Familiarity with customs, supply chain, logistics, or trade compliance is a strong asset (not mandatory)
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and MS Office tools to manage activity and deliver polished presentations
