Gemeinsam werden kundenspezifische Präzisionsbauteile, Vorrichtungen und Baugruppen von der Entwicklungsphase über Prototypen und Nullserien bis zur Serienfertigung begleitet. Deine Aufgaben als Business Development Manager MedTech  

  • Strategische Kundenentwicklung: Betreue internationale Medizinproduktehersteller und Inverkehrbringer langfristig und entwickle bestehende Partnerschaften kontinuierlich weiter.

  • Business Development: Gewinne neue MedTech OEMs und Inverkehrbringer als langfristige Entwicklungspartner.

  • Marktentwicklung: Identifiziere neue Projekte bei Herstellern medizinischer Geräte und erschließe Potenziale für hochpräzise Komponenten und Baugruppen.

  • Verhandlungsführung:  Preise, Konditionen und Liefermodelle werden souverän mit internationalen Geschäftspartnern verhandelt.

  • Projektkoordination: Arbeite eng mit Engineering, Fertigung, Qualitätssicherung und Projektmanagement zusammen, um Entwicklungsprojekte erfolgreich in die Serienfertigung zu überführen.

  • Projektkalkulation: Erarbeite gemeinsam mit Engineering und Fertigung technisch sowie wirtschaftlich optimale Lösungen für kundenspezifische Präzisionskomponenten.

  • Projektsteuerung: Begleite komplexe Kundenprojekte von der Anfrage über Prototypen und Vorserien bis zur erfolgreichen Serienproduktion.

  • Eskalationsmanagement:  Herausforderungen und Reklamationen werden professionell gelöst, um langfristige Kundenbeziehungen zu sichern. 

Dein Profil

  • Technische Ausbildung:  Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf HTL, Studien oder vergleichbarem Niveau bildet die fachliche Basis.

  • MedTech Erfahrung:  Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im medizintechnischen Umfeld mit, idealerweise im Vertrieb oder in der Produktentwicklung für OEMs.

  • Fertigungskompetenz: Verständnis für hochpräzise mechanische Fertigung, technische Machbarkeit sowie die Anforderungen regulierter Medizinprodukte.

  • Vertriebserfahrung:  Nachweisbare Erfolge im Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und in der gezielten Neukundengewinnung zeichnen dein Profil aus.

  • Systemkompetenz:  ERP Systeme und MS Office werden sicher und routiniert eingesetzt.

  • Regulatorisches Verständnis: Kenntnisse der Qualitätsanforderungen in der Medizintechnik, idealerweise im Umfeld von ISO 13485, Dokumentation und Rückverfolgbarkeit.

  • Kommunikationsstärke:  Ein sicheres Auftreten auf Entscheiderebene und überzeugende Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld gehören zu deinen Stärken.

  • Branchenkontakte: Ein bestehendes Netzwerk zu Medizinprodukteherstellern oder Inverkehrbringern ist von Vorteil.
