Business Technology Manager at WSCB

Lead technology strategy at WSCB as a Business Technology Manager with a focus on critical tech initiatives and infrastructure management. This is a 12-month term role for proactive leaders. WSCB seeks an experienced Business Technology Manager to oversee its technology operations. Reporting to the Director of Information Management, you'll advance tech strategies, manage data networks, and foster team development. Key skills include expertise in Microsoft technologies and network security architectures. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee implementation of technology strategies and plans
• Lead team performance through collaboration and accountability
• Manage critical aspects of technology infrastructure
• Evaluate contracts and oversee contractor performance
• Uphold organizational values across initiatives Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field
• Proven experience in team leadership and management
• Direct experience with virtualization technologies
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure tools
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CEH or CISSP beneficial Bring your technology leadership to advance WSCB's mission in workplace health and safety.
