HR Coordinator - Talent Acquisition Focus

BFG is hiring an HR Coordinator focused on Talent Acquisition to support national recruitment efforts. Work in a hybrid model and gain diverse HR experience. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the recruitment process for various positions in Canada. Approximately 70% of your time will involve hands-on recruitment, while the remaining 30% provides opportunities to learn about HR operations such as employee relations and HRIS management. This role is perfect for recent graduates ready to expand their HR knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing and screening
- Utilize Teamtailor for candidate management and reporting
- Collaborate with hiring managers for recruitment clarity
- Conduct initial interviews and support onboarding processes
- Maintain recruitment records for tracking and reporting
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage timelines and competing deadlines
- Confidentiality and discretion in HR practices
