- Build and maintain candidate relationships for improved retention
- Partner with Central Delivery for candidate sourcing
- Recommend solutions based on client needs
- Advocate for candidates during the hiring process
- Manage feedback and coaching for associates
- Post-secondary education or significant related experience
- 2 to 3 years in a service-centric role
- Background in recruitment or HR solutions is advantageous
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Proven interpersonal and problem-solving skills
