- Follow up on all leads from various sources
- Meet individual and department sales targets
- Promote new business through prospecting and referrals
- Provide superior customer service to exceed expectations
- Maintain extensive knowledge of vehicle models
- Proven negotiation skills and sound decision-making
- Ability to build rapport and provide excellent service
- Passion for customer focus with a positive attitude
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Valid Ontario Driver's License with over 3 years of experience
