- Provide comprehensive care for adult urological conditions
- Grow Pediatric or Reconstructive Urology services
- Utilize facilities for outpatient surgical procedures
- Participate in departmental meetings and OR assistance
- Engage in on-call coverage rotation (1:4)
- CPSO independent practice license in Ontario
- Urology certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons
- Strong interpersonal and critical thinking abilities
- Dedication to patient-centered practice
- Pediatric or Reconstructive Urology expertise favored
