Senior Project Manager for Stantec Projects (Markham)

As a senior leader within the Buildings team, you’ll oversee programs with consulting fees over $30 million and construction values above $1 billion. Your role will focus on ensuring project scope, budget, and timelines are consistently met while guiding teams through complexities. Robust client relationships and financial acumen are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial management and performance oversight for projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage project risks
• Support project proposal development and contract negotiations
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams for enhanced performance
• Monitor project execution against goals and client expectations

Requirements

• 15+ years’ experience in managing large-scale projects
• Familiarity with delivery models like P3 and IPD
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Knowledgeable in project controls and financial reporting
• Eligible for security clearance with a 10-year residency
