This role involves providing phone support as needed, documenting issues, and collaborating within a team to ensure timely resolutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1 email support for customer inquiries
• Write clear and professional responses to clients
• Document customer requests systematically
• Update clients on issue statuses regularly
• Collaborate with team members for effective resolutions Requirements:
• 3+ years in application support or client-facing roles
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Exceptional written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
