Trade Support Analyst at Canada’s Top Bank

Join Insight Global as a Trade Support Analyst on the Toronto Trade Floor. Provide essential desk support focusing on hardware, software, and mobile issues with a commitment to excellent customer service. In this on-site role, you'll support users at one of Canada's top five banks. Your key skills in Windows, physical, and virtual machines will be instrumental in resolving technical challenges. This contractor position may convert to a full-time role after 12 months. Key Responsibilities:
• Support users with hardware and software issues
• Address mobile configuration concerns efficiently
• Manage day-to-day trade floor technical tasks
• Ensure outstanding customer service in all interactions
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities Requirements:
• Fluent in Windows and Citrix environments
• Proven customer service experience required
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to work on-site during business hours
• Flexibility to manage occasional overtime Utilize your technical skills and customer service experience as a Trade Support Analyst at Insight Global.
