Business Associate for Building Operations

Enhance building management with your expertise as a Business Associate. This role focuses on coordinating operations, managing vendors, and ensuring safety compliance. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting property management and overseeing daily building operations. Key functions include managing vendor relationships, coordinating renovations, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Your ability to evaluate contractors and develop emergency response plans will be critical to success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with property management for daily tasks
• Evaluate and manage third-party contractors
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety codes
• Oversee office moves and space allocation
• Develop emergency response plans for disruptions Requirements:
• Basic understanding of building systems and contracts
• Proficient in basic computing skills
• Experience in vendor management and evaluation
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
