Branch Manager

SaskBattery is part of the largest independent battery company in Western Canada with 13 locations. We are seeking a Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and build lasting customer relationships.

Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with rotating Saturday shifts from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. paid at overtime rates.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development
-Lead, coach, and motivate store employees.
-Recruit, train, and develop team members.
-Manage employee schedules and performance.

Sales & Customer Service
-Drive retail and wholesale sales growth.
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships
-Ensure outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
-Identify new business opportunities within the local market.
-Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.

Operations & Inventory
-Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
-Monitor inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
-Coordinate product ordering and receiving.
-Ensure proper handling, storage, and recycling of batteries.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

Financial Management
-Monitor store profitability and sales performance.
-Assist with budgeting and expense control.
-Review sales reports and key performance metrics.
-Ensure accurate cash handling and administrative procedures.

Compensation
-$75,000.00 per year
