Senior Insurance Advisor

As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community. You'll also serve as a senior resource within the branch, managing more complex insurance cases while supporting the development of team members. This is a 6-month contract role.

Minimum 2+ years of insurance industry experience, supported by a Level 2 License and progress toward your CAIB and/or CIP designation (financial support provided!)

Once here, you'll:
Deliver exceptional client service while representing Westland Insurance professionally across phone, email, and in-person interactions
Assess client needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations across personal lines to ensure the right coverage and protection
Manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes while handling more complex insurance cases with accuracy and attention to detail
Build lasting client relationships by providing proactive support throughout the customer journey, including renewals, claims assistance, and follow-up communication
Contribute to business growth by identifying sales opportunities in addition to cross-selling and up-selling products
