Job Summary <\/h3>

Provide front -line customer service and support to clients of financial institutions. Assist with account inquiries, transactions, and product information while maintaining confidentiality. <\/p>

Main Duties <\/h3>

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and assistance. <\/li>
• Process account transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments according to procedures. <\/li>
• Open, update and close customer accounts, ensuring required documentation is complete and accurate. <\/li>
• Identify and resolve customer concerns and escalations, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary. <\/li>
• Provide information on financial products and services and refer customers to specialists for advanced needs. <\/li>
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in banking systems and update client files. <\/li><\/ul>

  Requirements <\/h3>
  

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent. <\/li>
  • Post -secondary certificate or diploma in business, finance, or a related field is an asset. <\/li>
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience; experience in financial services preferred. <\/li>
  • Working knowledge of common banking products, account services and transaction processing. <\/li>
  • Proficiency with office software and the ability to learn proprietary banking systems and applications. <\/li>
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential client information professionally. <\/li><\/ul>
