Community Living Service Delivery is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to support individuals with intellectual disabilities in achieving independence, well-being, and community participation. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will provide assessment, consultation, intervention, education, and support for individuals with complex needs.

Candidates must be registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Society of Occupational Therapists and eligible for membership with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists. Strong assessment, treatment planning, communication, collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required. Experience with intellectual disabilities, mental health, sensory needs, seating and positioning, or home accessibility is an asset. A valid Class 5 driver's licence is required.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, providing occupational therapy services, delivering training, maintaining documentation, managing resources, and promoting client safety and well-being.
