• Advise senior leaders on compensation strategies and recommendations
• Conduct detailed market analysis for competitive positioning
• Oversee annual compensation cycles and audits
• Collaborate with HR teams to execute compensation processes
• Build networks for sharing best practices in compensation Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience in HR or compensation
• 7+ years of relevant experience in compensation
