Vice President, Debt Advisory At Mnp Winnipeg

Step into the Vice President role at MNP Corporate Finance where you will influence capital advisory practices across diverse sectors. This energetic position champions strategic financing solutions for clients in need. MNP is expanding its Capital Advisory practice and seeks a Vice President to manage complex debt advisory and financing operations. Working with upper mid‑market businesses, you will lead efforts in financial modeling, covenant analysis, and financing strategies. Your entrepreneurial mindset will drive business development initiatives while mentoring junior team members and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex debt advisory and capital raising projects
- Prepare detailed financial models and cash flow assessments
- Facilitate lender negotiations and manage due diligence
- Build and deliver persuasive client presentations
- Mentor and guide junior staff in transactions and technical skills
Requirements
- CPA designation required; CFA, CBV an asset
- Over 5 years in corporate finance or debt finance
- Solid understanding of financing structures and covenants
- Proven experience in client‑facing environments
- Excellent project management and negotiation skills
