Vice President of Compliance at DUCA
DUCA Financial Services Credit Union
Drive compliance excellence as Vice President at DUCA, overseeing AML/ATF and privacy. Leverage your extensive compliance leadership experience to elevate regulatory strategies. As the Vice President of Compliance (CAMLO & Privacy Officer), you will lead DUCA’s compliance initiatives. Your role involves establishing compliance frameworks, supervising training, and collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team. You'll ensure effective risk management and monitor compliance activities while addressing potential risks. Key Responsibilities:
• Establish compliance frameworks for all organizational units
• Supervise compliance training and awareness programs
• Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence
• Monitor and evaluate compliance activities and controls
• Address compliance risks and guide remediation efforts Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Finance, or Law required
• Over 10 years of compliance experience in finance
• 5+ years in a high-level management role
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, including FINTRAC
• Strategic decision-making and leadership expertise Lead compliance and risk management initiatives effectively as VP at DUCA.
