This position demands your comprehensive M&A expertise to advise clients across sectors. As a Vice President, you will manage the execution of M&A processes, including financial modeling and preparing client presentations. You’ll support senior directors while mentoring Associates and Analysts, ensuring collaboration in a thriving investment banking setting. Key Responsibilities

Structure and execute private M&A advisory transactions Support Managing Directors in client coverage Create and maintain financial/valuation models Conduct thorough company and industry research Guide and mentor junior team members Requirements
