A genuine passion for compensation and equitable workplace design Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation and/or related areas, including base pay, pay equity, and incentive design Excellent verbal communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements, lead meetings, and deliver results on time and with high quality Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex findings and recommendations Ability to thrive in a remote‑first environment, working independently while staying highly collaborative Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, including experience working with large and complex data sets, building models, and using sophisticated formulas and functions Experience providing consulting services — either externally or within an organization — on compensation‑related initiatives and strategies Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, accounting, finance, or a related field Why Join Us?
