Seeking a role that offers dynamic challenges and the opportunity to leverage expertise in Rolling Stock, Infrastructure, Signaling, or O&M. As part of our Rail Certification and Consulting business, you will contribute to client projects and help grow our North American business. Key Responsibilities

Produce high-quality analysis, assessments, reports, and designs to support client projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Mentor and guide junior colleagues, ensuring project activities align with company procedures and standards. Innovate new tools and techniques to meet client needs, drawing from global best practices. Plan and execute project activities, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Provide technical expertise for business development activities and proposals. Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, ensuring client safety and satisfaction. Represent the company in client meetings, workshops, and industry events. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive project success. Assume leadership roles as needed to support business objectives. Core Competencies and Experience

Highly experienced in the rail industry with a proven track record in Rolling Stock, Infrastructure, Signaling, or O&M. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Robust organisational abilities, flexible and adept at meeting deadlines. Desirable Experience

In-depth knowledge of CMREA, CSM, or CENELEC standards. Familiarity with the Canadian Railway System, including CMREA. Benefits and Culture
