Compensation Program Manager in Toronto

Lead a significant compensation initiative as a Program Manager in Toronto. Your stakeholder management expertise will ensure project success in this hybrid role. As a Program Manager, you will oversee a high-profile client project, requiring 4 to 8 years of Program or Project Management experience, particularly from leading consulting firms. This position focuses on effective communication and thorough requirements gathering to ensure project success and alignment across various teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Own and maintain detailed project plans for the initiative
• Conduct cross-functional meetings to achieve alignment
• Proactively address and mitigate potential project risks
• Record technical and process requirements accurately
• Collaborate with HR, Engineering, and Compensation teams Requirements:
• 4 to 8 years of proven management experience
• Background at a Big 4 or equivalent consulting firm
• Solid skills in presentation and documentation
• Basic knowledge of end-to-end compensation processes
