Ideal candidates possess 4 to 8 years of Program/Project Management experience, preferably from leading consulting firms. Your role will encompass delivering project success through exceptional communication and requirements gathering.
Key Responsibilities Own and maintain detailed project plans
Conduct cross-functional meetings for alignment
Proactively address and mitigate project risks
Record technical and process requirements effectively
Collaborate across HR, Engineering, and Compensation teams
Requirements 4 to 8 years of proven management experience
Experience at a Big 4 or equivalent consulting firm
Solid presentation and documentation skills
Basic knowledge of E2E compensation processes
Salesforce experience is desirable
