Senior Program Manager for Complex Projects

Lead large-scale, complex programs as a Senior Program Manager. Oversee delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement in alignment with business priorities. As a Senior Program Manager, you will drive the execution of multi-disciplinary initiatives, ensuring that strategic objectives are met throughout the program lifecycle. You are accountable for program delivery, including budget management, timelines, and operational excellence while fostering continuous improvement across your portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs
• Define scope, objectives, and measurable outcomes
• Develop integrated program plans with timelines and budget
• Monitor performance and proactively identify risks
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Project Management
• 15-20 years leading complex programs
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Proven experience managing high-visibility initiatives
• Excellent communication skills Utilize your leadership and program management expertise to drive impactful results within a dynamic environment.
