Senior Director, Advisory Services at OMA

Shape the future of healthcare in Ontario with the Ontario Medical Association as a Senior Director of Advisory Services. Drive member engagement and sales strategies across Ontario and Atlantic Canada. In this senior leadership role, you will execute innovative sales and business development strategies while overseeing advisory services for OMA Insurance. A strong focus on insurance and retirement solutions is key to enhancing member support. This position is hybrid, requiring some in-office work in Toronto while providing impactful leadership across regions. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and set annual revenue goals through sales data
• Manage business plans for advisory events and campaigns
• Guide training sessions on product knowledge and sales strategies
• Oversee team performance, including hiring and evaluations
• Monitor KPIs to enhance advisor engagement and retention Requirements:
• University Degree in business or related field
• Strong knowledge of insurance and retirement planning
• Active LLQP license; CFP/CLU is a plus
• Minimum experience in advisory sales and distribution
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment Elevate member engagement and transform advisory services as part of the Ontario Medical Association.
