Vancouver Director, Technical Services Role

Join Ausenco as the Director of Technical Services in Vancouver and lead high-impact projects in process engineering. Focus on strategic growth and client engagement in minerals and metals. This leadership position reports to the Vice President, Western Canada, and requires a progressive leader to advance technical strategies. You will guide a team of process engineers and consultants, ensuring high-quality, client-focused solutions and meeting operational targets across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and mentor a high-performing technical team
• Manage financial performance with P&L accountability
• Collaborate across offices to strengthen project delivery
• Support business development through technical solutions
• Oversee project execution and compliance in all phases Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Over 15 years of experience in mining and metals
• Proven track record in leading engineering teams
• In-depth knowledge of project execution and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and management skills Transform technical services and project strategies with Ausenco, fostering innovation and excellence.
