Senior Salesforce Technical Lead Role

This role requires at least 5 years of Salesforce platform experience and 3 years leading large-scale implementations with over 300 users. You will manage complex data migrations and integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications like Oracle and SAP while ensuring effective team collaboration and project success. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives
• Conduct workshops and gather requirements effectively
• Propose and recommend Salesforce solutions
• Present design solutions for approval from authorities Requirements:
• 5 years of Salesforce development experience
• 3 years leading large enterprise implementations
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools
• Proven data migration and ETL experience
• Familiarity with global delivery modes Lead enterprise-level Salesforce projects, utilizing your technical expertise and leadership abilities.
