Key Responsibilities Oversee full design and development of Salesforce solutions
Act as SME for Insurance processes and solutions
Implement key integrations like Five9 CTI and Okta
Mentor developers to uphold coding best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across projects
Requirements 10+ years Salesforce implementation experience
3+ years in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
Familiarity with Insurance lifecycle and processes
2+ years experience with core Salesforce functionalities
Experience with integration technologies
