Senior Civil Estimator in Markham, ON

We are seeking a senior-level estimator with a technical background and at least 10 years of civil estimating experience. This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of cost estimation methodologies and the ability to prepare detailed estimates across North America. You will also support project procurement and provide innovative solutions to estimating challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quantity take-offs and bills of materials
• Assess project changes and support negotiations
• Develop and maintain estimating procedures and tools
• Perform cost risk assessments for project contingencies
• Present project cost reports to stakeholders Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in civil estimating
• Technical degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with CIQS and AACE guidelines
• Proficiency in Sage Estimating and MS Office
