Your analytical skills will help navigate competing priorities while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full estimating process from concept to submission
• Evaluate contracts and conditions for proactive risk management
• Mentor junior estimators and enhance team development
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted partner
• Monitor market conditions to keep estimates competitive Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of estimating experience in construction
• Diploma in Engineering Technology or related field
• Leadership experience in guiding teams
• Strong negotiation and communication skills required
