• Organize estimate files and maintain vendor databases

• Proven experience in construction estimating and mechanical systems
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and documents
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential
• Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft tools
• Valid driver’s license and ability to conduct site visits
